-Wow! The inaugural 5:30a.m. Thursday morning yoga had an incredible turnout!  We've already received requests for a second 5:30a.m..  If the Thursday class continues to do well, I'm sure Tyler can be persuaded to add another class either Mondays or Tuesdays. Thanks to all the dedicated yogis out there who put this class on the map...enjoy!  

 - Due to overwhelming popularity of Tyler's Sunday 9am, we are adding a second NEW!! 7:00A.M. "HOT YOGA AND CONDITIONING" W/ TYLER ON SUNDAYS (starting 2/12).  This class is in addition to Tyler's 9am class.  For all those who showed up and were unable to squeeze into the studio this Sunday, please accept our apologies and a FREE yoga class on your next visit to Breathe.

- Studio will be closed for B-B-QUE Festival in Seville Square Friday-Sunday, March 2-4th.

FOOD DONATION PROGRAM

We have a food collection basket at the studio that is adminstered by our Pranic Healing group. Collected food items are delivered to Manna Food Bank on a weekly basis.  Keep those cans, bags and boxes coming! Your continuous generosity is deeply appreciated and contributes to the greater good of our community.  Namaste.

Guidelines:

 

 

  • Wear comfortable stretchy clothing
  • Please arrive a few minutes early to give yourself time to sign-in and set up.
  • Leave shoes outside or place inside the entrance.
  • Bring a yoga mat. Mats are available for use and others for purchase.
  • Turn off cell phones and pagers.
  • No food or beverages in the studio, except for bottled water.
  • Do not eat a heavy meal at least two hours before practice. A light snack prior to practicing is fine.
  • Do not enter or leave the room during final relaxation or meditation.
  • Let the Instructor know if you are pregnant or have any injuries or special conditions.
  • Persons with health concerns should consult a physician before practicing yoga.
  • For best results, practice at least twice a week and some on your own every day.
