"Find Your Inner Bliss" Yoga

A class emphasizing the use of yoga to cultivate ease and contentment for the body and mind. Purposely designed with a slow pace and gentle but effective movements, this class offers refreshment for the body and soul. Suitable for everyone!


Donations will be accepted w/ part of the proceeds benefiting Favor House of Northwest Florida, a residential facility devoted to assisting women and children affected by domestic violence.

Guidelines:

  • Wear comfortable stretchy clothing
  • Please arrive a few minutes early to give yourself time to sign-in and set up.
  • Leave shoes outside or place inside the entrance.
  • Bring a yoga mat. Mats are available for use and others for purchase.
  • Turn off cell phones and pagers.
  • No food or beverages in the studio, except for bottled water.
  • Do not eat a heavy meal at least two hours before practice. A light snack prior to practicing is fine.
  • Do not enter or leave the room during final relaxation or meditation.
  • Let the Instructor know if you are pregnant or have any injuries or special conditions.
  • Persons with health concerns should consult a physician before practicing yoga.
  • For best results, practice at least twice a week and some on your own every day.
